Good morning y'all

This week it's Masculine week!
I had a great weekend hope you did as well
On Saturday I got to spend time with Kayla in the morning we went to my favorite store
"The Italian Center Shop"
we gotta a lot of cheese lol and past ofcouse he he
but we enjoyed it very much we then went for lunch at Soda Jerks where we shared a very yhummy hamburger that we custom made
soooooooo gooooodddd
Then got a little hair colour done he he
after that Renee Woody and I hit Costco
oh yes it was a busy one! Good one But Busy
Sunday brought our beautiful Sunday dinner (which I will share details and photos of on Wednesday) I love Sunday dinners they are awesome Family time
even Paula Deen agrees with me lol (hum why am I not famous like her?? HE HE)
okay onto some cards
now I took 100 photos YES 100 photos of the process of these two cards
so today will consist of step by step watercolouring the image!
tomorrow I'll share that card
Wednesday will be our Sunday dinner details and recipe for a yhummy salad that Renee and I created
Thursday will be the steps by steps of card 2
Friday I will not be around (sorry no post on that day friends)
But back on Saturday!
okay let's get started

here I pulled out the big guns lol
well all the manly stamp sets that I owned

thinking which stamp I will use

then thinking about frames

ready set go
I took out watercolour cardstock
Black Staz On

all right both images are stamped
will start with the lion

STEP 1
Deposit colour with the watercolour pencils
note you don't colour in solid areas (he he not like when we were in grade 1 )

STEP 2
deposit colour with your watercolouring CRAYON this time
same idea as step one

STEP 3
use your aqua painter and blend GENTLY

STEP 4
this is the shading technique I use
use the aquapainter and load load right from the watercolour crayon
and then apply that colour to the areas of the image want darker

looking good don't you think?
now let's add a little bit of grass

I like to use the stampin write markers
and I used the small end and just create the little green blades of grass

and folks this is where I will leave you for today
tomorrow I will show you what this card looks like
I hope you enjoyed the step by step watercolouring technique
sorry it's not a video
one day when i can spend an entire weekend in my craft room i can do a video!
so for now I will leave you with well wishes for this fine Monday Morning
back at you tomorrow
embossed hug from me
