Today is Monday and I have an early meeting so this post will be kinda quick
I made this easel card for my Husband for his Birthday.
He just loves John Deere Tractors and has a couple in his collection
so the theme for his card was John Deere
I used Stampin Up Colours Garden Green it's real close to John Deere green and for the yellow I used Yo Yo Yellow. As my neutral I used Black.
Guy cards are always so hard for me, I guess deep down inside I am a girly girly he he :)
I used photos of old Tractors
to create an easel card
the inside of Rex's card has a photo of an old John Deere Tractor and I matted it
coming together but I decided to texture the yoyo yellow cardstock with my Big Shot
I sure love to use my Big Shot
oh yes I like this better
I used my oval punches to create the greetings
the inside of the Easel card - after I textured the black cardstock
I also used my corner punch
this is the closed look of Rex's card
and here we go the John Deere Easel Card using Stampin Up card stock
oh yes I also coloured the Green ribbon with my marker
up close of the ribbon and the brads - this is not a punch I just created a rectangle and I used my corner punch to create a label look!
