Snow Much Fun with Stampaholics sketch challenge

holly - can you beleive it's Friday?

well it is and that means it's Stampaholics challenge

this week we have a sketch

which I created on my MDS!

let me ask you - is it too soon to start Christmas cards?

he he - well I don't think so

as a matter of fact I will be hosting a

stamp a stack on August 7th @ 1:oopm

the theme is

CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST!

all right sorry we got to get going on this card

so I started with the sketch

 
so here is the sketch

I put the stamps on the area to see if that was going to work

 
so I stamped the image on shimmery white

I used Black Staz on for the ink

 
I used a bit of shimmer in my lid

the colour of stamp pad I used here is

Pool Party

I know uh - love that colour

 
I used my aqua painter to make the snow mans belly shimmery

I coloured his scarf and toque with the new stampin' write markers

then cut them both out

 
then I cut out a second circle

this colour is Island Indigo

another wonderful new colour

 
now both my circles are done and I need assemble this card

 
did some little snowflakes on my Big Shot

cardstock used

Shimmery White

 
looking good

now my new catalogue order has yet to arrive

not sure what is happening with that

anyways so the ribbon I had to improvise

 
coloured a seam binding ribbon

 
then again had to improvise on the brads

 
and done

 
my stampaholics 15 min card

so friends you know what to do now right??
