good morning

 I know it's Monday and I had to post yesterday!

I am super sorry..................... It ended up being a really BIG Sunday and I think I took on more then I could chew

yes ME - can you beleive it?

I started my butterfly swaps which I will share with your tomorrow

I had my beginner class on Saturday which was just amazing - I love teaching the others to stamp and get them addicted like I am he he!

On Wed, I wil share with you everything that our Sunday consisted of okay

but for now let me share a little easy card I created for the Stampin Connect sketch okay?

 

this is my sketch 

 

 

so I started with this stamp set

Water colour Trio 

and some shimmery card stock

 

then I thought of colouring this stamp

and well not soooooooooooooo happy with that lol

let me think about this and do something else

 

so decided to go visit my Mr. Big Shot I think he has been a little lonely lately yha know?

 

a lot of circles and flowers and I sprayed it with coloured shimmer spray that I made

now to decide what I am going to do witht these he he

 

crumple up

need a greeting now

 

I used the stamp called

Oval All which is retiring!

 

then I added some silver hardware!

 

and voila a card share

I truly feel like a really BAD blogging friends

I am so sorry that I have been missing alot lately

Wings of Friendship with punch bird

Good day y'all!

It's Tuesday and I found 3 fabulous challenges to play along!

the first challenges I wanted to use a colour challenge

it's the

Picture Perfect Creations

 

and then I went with

The pals paper arts

that was a theme challenge with flowers

Our Creative Corner

which is a bow challenge

I tried to stamp this imagine from from Wings of friendship

embossing did not work!

try again

so I went with a punched bird instead and I drew some lines cause I googled  the image of blue bird

 

I tried to copy the

bird imagine

I used colour challenge to go

with the bird

okay so now I used my aqua painter

I used the aqua painter and then I added some feathers

I used MR. Big Shot

for some flowers and for leaves as well

an entirely different idea then I first thougth

but you know what that is what I love about creating

it goes in all sorts of different directions

fun fun fun eh hehehe

flower I stamped from the wings of friendship stamp set

then I water coloured it

coming along nicely now

I need some hodge podge hardware

I created a flower ribbon I stitched

  

almost done

so it doesn't look like a three hour card does it he heh??

 

The greeting was stamped from the stamp set from Stampin Up ofcourse

called "oval all"

the little birdie up close

It has taken me almost 2 hours to up load my blog today

My mission this passed week or so has really been trying to give you a taste of alot of different styles of stampin and card making!

this is totally out of my style and comfort zone

Stencilling a card with Colour Q challenge

Good Saturday morning!

Whow the weekend is here!

I am real happy!

mind you I don't get to play for very long............... but I am taking in what I can he he :)

Cause as y'all know I love being in my craft room each and every morning!

soooooooooooo this morning I worked with a cool colour challenge from

Colour Q 

so when I see this challenge I thought - holly cow this is going to be RUFF!!!

Well we shall see

I decided to give my Stencil's another round of ink today he he :-)

I thought of this stencil but decided to go with this one

just thought that this one went better with this size of card stock

which is 5 1/2  X 5 1/2''  

I used Shimmer White

I have all my inks ready with a drop of shimmer paint in each lid

oh and I wanted to mention that I have had a few people ask me about the shimmer paint

it is still available, it's an add in

the white that I am using here the code is

116854 it is $8.95 Canadian!

I failed on my frist attempt

I did not use enough doto

lesson learned

this time I used a lot more doto

I applied my Baja Breeze first (yes this colour is retired but it's kinda fun to revisit it, don't you think??  - I love it he he )

then added more ink 

after added the razzleberry I removed the stencil

now for matting this stencil background he he

 
Hum???

maybe???

finally got it!

   I used two different Colour of The Stampin Write markers

the Razzleberry and the Cameo Coral

and I created a MEGA BOW!!

then I added a brad

yha I don't like it so much hum???

ou just came up with an idea as I was browsing thru my silver hodge podge set

yhe I have solution to the brad situation

I am going to give this card to my friend Lucy

it was her birthday on Thursday, except that I don't get to see her till today!

okay so when I was at Regionals I told y'all that I met these wonderful ladies right

well Josee told me about taking the rhinestone out of the brad

how cool is that

now look how cute this it!

I love it

I so happy with this little blinging idea
