Valentine cards and my moms birthday card

Goooooddddd Saturday morning to you my blogging friends
It's been an amazing week!
Very very busy at work and all the life events
Ouh yeeeesssss truly blessed I am!
We got to start private yoga classes on Tuesday! Whow how awesome is that uh?
You could say I totally love my yoga!
We did many decal orders with our new beautiful large format printer - I'll share photos next week with you -also had installs and the boys were equally busy!
Gooooddddd week
We also celebrated birthdays and valentine
Crazy!!!! Oh don't u worry I like crazy lol
On Thursday morning I was baking mini bite brownies for my staff. I was in my kitchen by 3:10am
Sadly I won't be sharing THAT recipe till I master it lol
They tasted good just didn't look so beautiful lol
It was also woodys birthday and my moms birthday is on Monday but took her out yesterday
Today ill be on a crane for one of my wonderful customers!
Soooooo how's that for week of events uh lol
Soooo let quickly explain my photos
The first three photos are the process of my valentine cards and baking for the girls at work
I made each a valentine card with many pretty hearts I did use a retired punch oops my bad!!! But used the new dies that goes with hearts of flutter!
I added a gift card in each card and then tried my best to make their mini brownie look half decent lol
The 4th photo is of the card I created for my for her birthday
Then the last photo is of my mom, Renee and woody as we celebrated their birthday at a very nice restaurant in the city called milestones
Great great meal great great great celebration
Sooooo that wraps up my week as i look forward to doing my install today !
I am sure thankful to love my job
And to have such amazing customers and staff
Thank you miss Kayla for working today
Renee we did real ggggoooooddd on laminating them big decals woop woop!!!

Thursday better late then never! I have cards and Gift card box holder slider

hello everyone I am back in Alberta - should say coooollldddd Alberta and I got to play breifly in my craft room!

I have been working on a new design for a gift card box double slider!

Fun uh?

This is what we are doing for my classes in March - I am working on the tutorial for these as well!

The idea is very oginal and after alot of trial and errors I did it!

oh wait I have to share something first

It's my dear friend's birthday today

anyways back to my cards!

 
So I invented the double slider gift card box as you can see with the one that is open and then you can see the closed version in the rose sed

I also created a card to go with these gift card sliders

you see sometimes when you give a gift card it can see not very personal

so why not personalize it by making a beautiful holder for it!!

 
cool uh

in my tutorial I will have step by step instructions on how to make this little box

when you pull one ribbon

both sliders come out at the same time

too cool uh?

I will also have instructions for the roses that I created with seam binding

Baroque Motifs with a colour challenge from the Stamp-a-holics

 
 
it's FRIDAY which means we have an amazing colour challenge for the Stamp-a-holics blog thank you Cynthia for the colour choice!

so I played with these colours for 3 mornings!

but I finally nailed it

I used the Mojo Monday sketch along with these colours

want to see??

in the end I really did

 

succeed!

all happened okay?

 
so I took out my colours and I started with 15 min on my timer

 
I cut my layers

looking good

 

I used the new tulip folder for my very vanilla layer

 
I sponged and I am still doing good for time

 
then I stamped

I loaded my stamp with so saffron then coloured in with old olive and rose red

 
stamped

 
created some circles

oh yes with my circle cutter I love this tool

it's in the idea book

the Current Stampin Up one

on page 199 - a must have tool

 
okay then I stamped a thank you from the Occasional quotes stamp set

I stamped with rose red

 
now for some little details

are these little Pompom Trim

these are on page 35 of the new

Mini Occasions Stampin Up Catalogue

 
okay now I am almost done I used dimentionals on the back of this little circle

 
now for the last detail

I can do this

oh by the way I am working on really neat tutorial

it's called

"flower Fest"

I will have all the details on this flower in that tutorial

I sure hope to have it ready on Tuesday

holiday line up meets inspirational sketch for stampaholics 10 min challenge

 
I created a circle card with the Holiday line up stamp set!

the creation of this card came fromt he card that Sandi, Lee and I tought in Salt Lake City at Convention!

ouh you will love this inspirational challenge this week by Debbie

so here's what I did with this

 
I chose the snowmen for after this thought!

 
I always use staz on when I colour

 
I created circle with my Big Shot remember it's big shot week

looking good but look at the time!

I used the circle scallop #2 on this card

when we did it for convention we use the bigger one

but snowmen just weren't big enough to go into the other one

I barely have 1 min left and don't have ribbon and not adhered ghuhr
