it's a quiet Sunday at my home for a few more hours anyways - until about 1:00pm when I get to host a wonderful Stamp a Stamp - Christmas in August Event!

I want to share a beautiful rain storm that we had yesterday
the thunder and lightning show was a amazing - even if I was awaken at 1:15am and never went back to bed he he
but I had such a wonderful time in craft room that I am just so grateful that
I got Saturday Off - oh yes Friends
I got Saturday off yhippy for me!
I made 4 Christmas cards and 2 sympathy cards
and I also made the most wonderful scones -
I will share the recipe on Wed.
They are for my class today
I am making these cute little open face sandwiches with the scones
I KNOW UH? FUN stuff he he

I was trying to show you the loon that was by the lake

let me show you what I made for Christmas cards
he he just a little sneak peak
I used new DSP called
'HOLLY BERRY BOUQUET"
This fabulous DSP will be available in the new Holiday Mini!
I played with the stamp set called Pines & Poinsettias and Hand Penned Holidays
too cute uh?
I had a blast making these
so friends you will get your fill of Christmas cards this up and coming week
then I made two sympathy cards which I will show you after the Christmas cards
then I made 5 batches of scones
this was my first time making these
Renee thougth they were delicious!

here is the dough rolled out and ready to put in the oven
these one have cheese and some seasoning in them
some baked and some not yet
the baked ones here are sweet ones
no cheese or seasoning in them
I will top those with a Cream Cheese mixture that I made with a slice of peach
the one with the cheese I will top with
Egg Salad mix that I made
and a Chicken salad mix that I made
I'll show you them on a tray and share that photo on recipe day!
should be yhummy
hope my class enjoys them I sure had fun making them!
after that I cleaned my craft room
and re arranged my tables so everyone can fit(thank you Renee for your help)
I beleive I need to double my space in the next house LOL
not bad
looks clean and tables are set up so everyone can walk around
It should be so much fun
all rigth friends that's it for me today
got to run
got to tidy up the house and do bathrooms
and then I will get into the kitchen to make my cute little sandwiches
make coffee and tea and oh yes I will have to get ready

today I will get dressed LOL
