Good morning it's a start of a new week (a short one for me)
We get Friday off cause it's Rememberance day - so it's going to be a busy week to cram all work into a 4 day week - oh but I can do it!
so on this day I have a couple of things for you
the first is I want to welcome my new staff team member
it's official we have a new Wanda
(sad in a sense - but good for Wanda - cause she was worried - she is so sweet)
anyways I would like to welcome
Tracey Smith to Mirror Image Decals & Signs
as well as to Enviromulch
she fits really well!
sooooooooooo that is my first order of business on this fine Monday
the second thingy is that I have a Christmas card
mind you I don't love this card by all means but it was still fun to create
I seen this tutorial but it did not use any Stampin Up products
so I changed it up a bit he he
I started with a new set that I have not played with
I am sure you have noticed that I have not had much play time he he
it's good it's just hard sometimes lol
all right the stamp set is called Forest Festivities
I also took out all my circle dies
and punches
I also used my circle cutter to cut out some of the circles
the colours I used
Shimmery White
Cherry Cobbler
Early Espresso
& Island Indigo
I used all formats of colours to colour my images
I so enjoy colouring and I have really missed colouring lately
punched some holes and inserted some brads
here is my telescopic card closed
like I said I don't love this
and I would like to master this
most likely will not happen anytime soon lol
and voila my card open
sorry this is not my best work ever
but it's a fun little card anyways rigth?
