Wednesday cooking and last day of Edmonton Regionals

hello everyone

It's Wednesday and it's another day full day

I just hope that this head of mine will last all day :-(

here's it hoping right? lol

okay I want to share something I made last week

I will have a recipe soon

I am going to be getting a new laptop soon and I think I'll download my Mds on there

for now though let me just share a fabulous idea that I got from

Wanda and George

(did I mention I need a new Wanda starting In January I am so sad - who would like be my Wanda in the office???)

oops off track sorry

the recipe is  called

Sage Butter Ravioli

(the Ravioli I got from the Italian store - love that place it's butternut squash ravioli)

then I cooked some shrimp in butter seasoning and garlic

boiled the ravioli

and made the sage butter sauce

here's a few photos of the process

and voila

shredded fresh parmesan cheese on top

not enough for 4 of us though lol

I would have to double this next time

and if Tyler and Evan were home

I would have to triple it as least lol

yes my family eats well

good day y'all

it's nice Tuesday here

they are saying hot this week - my mom would say it's Indian Summer!

whatever it is I'll take it lol

today Max gets to go to the spa

oh my I think I have to take a before and after photo to share with you

I have not posted a Max photo for a while right

so tomorrow or Thursday  I'll do that lol

my theme is stockings this month for my classes

I have been working on all the cutting and prep for

Saturday and Sunday groups

I like this idea

mine is very different

i'll share with you I promise

but not today lol

that is what happens when you work double full time lol

and oh yes cooking for my growing family

it's busy in my life

but I sure would not have it any other way

I am such a blessed person to have what I have in my life

I have to just remember to stop every once in a while

and savor the moments

on that note

Monday post Edmonton Regionals and swaps

 
hello friends

well it certainly was a busy weekend after a hard busy week - phew I need a weekend of rest lol

won't happen next weekend lol

I have my two wonderful groups Kathy's Class on Saturday

and we have Annette's class on Sunday

oh girls remember time change we will start at 12:30pm

I'll have a sneak peak of the classes later on this week

today

I want to share what I was doing on Saturday

first I got up at 2:15 am to make a few swaps

I just had no time until Saturday morning

but I managed to make about 18 swaps - I know kinda lame

but I am happy I got to swap a little

then I got ready and headed to the Shaw conference center

none of my downlines were able to attend but I did meet up with of my blog followers and we were friends for the day

it was really nice and I enjoyed my time

and I want to say hello to all of you who came up and said hello to me

I truly appreciate that you follow my blog and

so honoured that you took the time to come and say hi

It meant so much to ME

I thank YOU!

all right so I'll will spread this out in two or three posts cause you know I take lot's of photos lol

oh my what a mess uh?

I was going to try and work on my class prep

but I decided at the last minute I would make swaps

I was supposed to have gotten together with my mommy  but

I just had no extra time

I made 4 of these Christmas cards

 
then I made 6 of these fall ones

say lay out just different cardstock stamp and DSP

 
and 8 of these cute little cards

so these were my very very LAME attempt at swaps

I must be much more prepared for leadership

all right so now I'll show you a couple of photos from regionals and

tomorrow I'll share more great takes on the day spent in Edmonton

at the Stampin Up Regionals

it was a really nice break from the hecticness of my everyday life

I enjoyed my day friend
