Friends forever stamp with bleaching

Good day to Y'all

it's Wed. and usually I do a recipe for this day

however since I did not do a card post yesterday and won't be doing one tomorrow

I thought we would skip our wed recipe day today!

hope that is okay!

We will continue with the BLEACH technique tough as promised!

so I took out a stamp set that I have not used it

it's called friends forever (I think lol)

you see I am at work all ready cutting decals for more installs today!

soooooooooooo bare with me

I guess I should of brought my card with me lol

anyways my first thougth was to stamp with bleach

well that did work out as I planned so I will try that again on Friday okay?

ouh and today I actually played along with a sketch challenge

holly I have not done that for a while

I used our Creative Corner Sketch

 
so I soaked a paper towel with bleach and used my stamp a though I was stampin it

then I used the bleach soaked stamp onto my melon mambo  card stock

and 

well it was a no go

so I decided to do it another way

with embossing instead with black craft ink

and then I show you what I did okay?

now I like

I used Razzleberry here instead

with the black

then I used a paintbrush and applied the bleach like this

see how cool that is

then I added a little shimmer with my aqua painter

I cut it out as well so I could layer the flower

I also did crystal effects on the center

 
I embossed a piece of shimmery white cardstock with a beautiful emboss envelope

this is the base of card

I also did scallop little edge with layers ofcourse LOL

then I made a pretty bow

When I was ready to layer I used mini glue dots for my flower

and gues what?

I am done  

 It's take me a while to post this he he

that is what happens when I work so early!

and well there we have it

this is the bleached area upclose

this way ou can't really tell that it's layered

and my ribbons!

and there we have it my friends

ouh and I wanted to also mention that today would of been my wonderful

Grandma's 92 birthday today if she was still with us!

ahw I loved her so!!!!!!!!

good day to you my blogging friends

It's Monday a new week, I am keeping my chin up to have a successful week without further damage to my business!

let's all think positive! :-)

sorry that I did not blog on Saturday

I was super busy this weekend and I have had a lot of great things happen with my swaps for convention

that will be my focus again this week!

so won't you please bare with me ad I try to piece my business together and I work on my convention swaps!

your patiences will be so appreciated!

OKAY!

So heres what I did this morning

I have used Wild Wasabi

Natural Ivory

Pumpkin pie

ouh yes and the theme this week will be BLEACH!

 

okay so I embossed the leaves with black craft ink and clear embossing

 

so I sponged a little ink in the middle

then I took out my brayer

 

I used Wild Wasabi to brayer

 

a little shimmer

 

and then I bleached and also went over the leaves with a little shimmer

 

now for some layers

my first thought was peach parfait

but changed it to pumpkin pie

 

now for some silver bling bling

 

some ribbon

my love to colour ribbon it's so fun hehe :-)

 

and some brads and I am almost done this sketch for Stampinconnect

 

I also put  a little crystal effects on this part he he

I know kinda weird

 

and voila my card

It's okay 

not my like most WHOW

But I must of used up all my WHOW power

for my over the top swap cards that I slaved over this weekend LOL
I also jolted into work a lot this weekend!

and I was at work at 3:45 am this morning!

I love mornings can you tell LOL

but hey it's better then not blogging at all right!

Tomorrow I have a big day of installing decals on some cranes so I would like 

to focus my energy on my business!
