Happy Birthday to my beautiful only daughter Renee

Good day friends

I am super sorry for being so missing in action lately

next week sharing with you all the fabulous convention photos should make up for that right?

today dates a special day in the Sluchinski household

you see 19 years ago on this date at 8:35am we welcomed a little baby girl

I was so convinced that she was a boy that we did not even have a girls name picked

sigh

but I was thrilled to ask my very dearest grandma ever if we coud name her after my grandfather

you should of seen the look on my grandmas face when we asked her

so we added an e and

our little Baby Renee Sabrina was named

she weighed 6lbs 2oz 4 weeks and 3 days early

she was only 19 inches long

she was a beautiful baby

oh heck she is still just as beautiful he he

so baby girl

happy birthday to you!

I am in the process of making a card and will share that with you on Monday

there are times when someone does something super special for me and I am over the top by the kindness and thoughtfulness

I am going to finish Renee's card then going to make eggs benedict for my baby girl for breakfast

then going to work on swaps

then shopping with Kayla for Renee

and then I am not sure if it will be birthday dinner tonight or tomorrow night

we are winging it lol

we shall see

I'll have to give your Ice Cap recipe a try - apparently my grandkids are big fans of Tim's ice caps - see if they go for a homemade version! I've tested a few of your recipes - all successes so far! Carole'Anne, Thank you for all of the appreciation you've bestowed on me for fixing Max's picture but it was the least I could do for all the enjoyment you've given me from reading your blog, seeing your creations, trying your recipes, and enjoying your photos. I don't often have time to comment on the blogs I read but when I read what you said about the propane tank, I thought "I think I can fix that," stopped working (I work on my computer), and set out to do it. The reason I bought my first computer, about 20 years ago, was because I heard that I could "fix" photos and delete or add people and things, as the case may be. It actually takes me less time to do that than to make a card! It was a pleasure to do it for you! Have a great time at the convention - I sort of wish I was going. Also, Happy Birthdy to Renee!
