Good Morning
it's a quiet Thursday morning that started with packing some clothes and doing laundry before I head to work
as we will be on the road by 4:00pm - we have a 4 hour drive the Calgary area
and I get to go back next Tuesday for my 4 day Safety Auditing Course
soooooo yhap it's a tad busy busy he he
oh but I love it I am a happy camper to be busy
yesterday morning Renee and I started our day with a 6:00am hot yoga class
ouh I love it I have to admit it's so good for the body mind and soul
siiiiiiiggggghhhhhh!

onto todays blog post
I played with 3 really fun NEW goodies
the first DSP from Page 162 of the Stampin Up Idea Book
it's called
NATURAL COMPOSITION SPECIALTY DESIGNER PAPER
you just have to feel this DSP to get real effects of it lol
then the second item I took was the new stamp set called
SERENE SILHOUETTES
and the CHEVRON Folder
colours I chose to go with this fun DSP
VERY VANILLA
EARLY ESPRESSO
CRUMP CAKE
I also used a second folder called
ARGYLE
and sponging
did I mention how nice it is to sponge with our new stamp pads
ouh you should get them in yours hands so you know what I mean he he
not too happy with the other version
so let me try something different
the best part of my mornings
the playing around with ideas lol
oh yes Miss Lee's bow maker

Gorgeous card. I love the color combo. and the layout is different. I enjoy popping in and hearing about your day and recipes. You are a very upbeat lady at everything you do. Thanks for sharing.

Love, Love, Love your color combination. It is stunning with the bow, pearls and the new embossing folders. This will definitely get added to my wish list.
Maybe you could give some thought to doing a couple of Christmas cards in July to get our momentum going for the holiday season as well as a gift type project that would be simple for mass production for craft shows.

What a pretty card! Serene Silhouettes is on my wish list. Do you find the new inks to be easy to sponge with? I haven't tried it yet. Have fun in Calgary.
