Goooooooodddddd MOOOOOORRRNNNNINNNNNGGGGG
I'ts Friday of a Long weekend for us here in Canada
July 1st is Canada Day
so our office will be closed on Monday
I am actually looking forward to taking Monday off and spending time with Margot and her three kidlets!
once we get passed today we should be flying into the weekend
yhippy
tomorrow as you all know it Kayla's grad - bid day for her!
would you beleive that I have not decided what I am going to wear
oh I know UH???
crazy lol
I will pull it together always do somehow he he
yesterday was a super hectic day at the office with lot's to accomplish
today will bring much the same with the addition of installs that Renee and Woody will do
I have Kayla off and Tracey off today (Kayla was off yesterday too - this getting ready for grad is big uh?)
anyways we did manage to go to our yoga for strength last night
it was awesome would you beleive that their was only the 4 of us there
so we kinda had a private class with Krista
oh my goodness it was so awesome
loved it
learned proper poses
I really enjoy Krista's classes
so onto a little Stampin Up stuff now
ouh first I want to thank you Annette for being such a sweetie and offering to help me with my swaps
so we are planning on getting together next Sunday May 8th after Margot leaves
I'll be trying to prep so we can be ready to assemble
it will be fun I promised coffee and goodies he he
and I have my mom who's also willing to help
I am so blessed to be loved!!!!
all right so my next project that I submitted was my mom's wedding photo scrapbook page
you all know that I am not a such a great scrapbooker
maybe that's why I didn't get pick ????
I stamped the entire background with
"En Francais" background stamp
I used Sahara Sand (cause I thought it was a less used colour)
softly sponged
along with back and cherry cobbler
I created a card to go with this page as well
using the same elements
(again trying to keep it as simple as Carole'Anne can hehe)
sorry about the glare here on this photo
I had all the projects bagged
so this was ready to go after I journaled it
and the card on it's own
I had creatd an MDS sheet for each project listing all the products used
you had to have everything listed
so two more of the rejected projects shared with you
I will post my recipe tomorrow
and may not be able to post till Tuesday after that
we will have to see how the weekend goes with grad and company
it will be hectic week as well
thankfully Rex Evan and Tyler are home so they can help
we will do a wiener roast over the next week at the land
I'll share photos of all the dirt work that Rex has done there and the grass he planted as well
so lot's and lot's happening
ouh and did I mention that I have two double full time jobs sigh
and yes Convention coming up
I am looking forward to seeing my pals
always so nice to visit with my special friends
right Miss Lee and Sis!
all right so until tomorrow I wish you all super FABULOUS Friday
embossed hug from me

Your scrapbook page and card are fabulous - your mother must be sooooo pleased and proud of your work! I too have to work hard on my Convention swaps and hope to see you there and say hello! Enjoy your company weekend and all else you are doing. Have fun!

Beautiful! Such a nice picture of your mom. I love how you matched the card to the scrapbooking page right down to the perfect bow. I'm looking forward to seeing photos of your land. Love your photos. Have a super weekend and enjoy the weiner roast. Hugs from your #1 fan, Annette

Oh it is so gorgeous! I LOVE the colors you chose. Your moms pic is so pretty too. What a beautiful bride! I like the simplicity because the page does not "overpower" the beautiful picture. Some pages you barely realize that there is a picture to look at. I think you did a FABULOUS job my dear friend and you will always be #1 to me!
